Through many years of experience living and working with different cultural communities, Audrey West has learned the importance of viewing design through several lenses: nature, culture, community, and health. She is a careful listener and observer, taking time to ask questions and understand answers before developing solutions.

She has also built a team culture of integrity, commitment, creativity, credibility, flexibility, and collaboration that attracts like-minded colleagues and clients pursuing a common vision and purpose. Audrey’s breadth and depth of experience help her lead a team of professionals who are passionate about creating healthy, supportive environments for sustainable, culturally vibrant, livable communities.

In her role as principal-in-charge, she provides project design oversight and quality control, contract management, monitoring of schedules and budgets, client and team coordination, and oversight of community engagement processes.
