Our firm is currently working with SMR Architects to meet the needs of the Downtown Emergency Services Center (DESC) and Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI) to provide a new apartment building designed to provide supportive housing for people who have been experiencing chronic homelessness.

With the goal of providing an environments that supports the special needs of it's residents with the goal of aging in place; our team has been working on a therapeutic entry garden that will address the social and emotional needs of the residents in a safe environment that specifically addresses their physical and mental health.

Stay tuned for more updates as design is completed and the project becomes a welcome reality for those waiting to move in.
